If you only have 20 minutes, do these eight things

On the day

Straighten what we can reach — we'll square a chair, move a bin, and close a door.
Tell you if a room genuinely isn't ready, with a photo, before we shoot it.
Work around an occupied home without making the seller stand in the hallway.
Shoot in an order that lets the seller keep using the rooms we're not in.

Homes are lived in. Our job is to make yours read clearly in photos — not to judge how you live in it.

Nobody gets everything on this list done, and that is genuinely fine. Do the eight quick wins, open the blinds, and we'll take it from there.
