Question 1

How do I book a shoot?

Accepted Answer

Send the property address, approximate square footage, the services you want and your requested date through the booking form, or text 801-753-8171. You'll get availability back before anything is locked in.

Question 2

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Two to three days is comfortable, and next-day slots open up regularly. In spring — March through June along the Wasatch Front — book earlier, because that is when the calendar fills.

Question 3

Which days do you shoot?

Accepted Answer

We shoot Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

Question 4

Can I book a shoot the day before my listing goes live?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes — with a 24-hour turnaround, a shoot today means a gallery tomorrow. Text the address and the date you need it live and we'll tell you straight away what's open.

Question 5

What happens if the weather turns?

Accepted Answer

Interiors are unaffected, so we usually shoot as planned and come back for exteriors and aerials once the sky clears, at no extra charge. Drone flights are rescheduled rather than flown in unsafe wind.

Question 6

How do I reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Text or call as early as you can and we'll move it. Reschedules are routine — homes aren't always ready when we planned.

Question 7

Which package should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Essentials at $195 covers condos, townhomes and starter homes. Standard at $265 is the default for most single-family listings and adds a virtual twilight. Premium at $599 adds cinematic video, five twilights and a 3D Matterport tour, and is the right call for luxury and out-of-state buyers.

Question 8

Is drone included, or is it extra?

Accepted Answer

Aerial images are included in all three packages. The paid aerial add-ons extend that with lot lines, more frames and aerial video.

Question 9

Is there a square-footage limit on the packages?

Accepted Answer

Published prices are for homes under 3,000 square feet. Larger homes are quoted individually — send the address and square footage and we'll confirm the right package before you book.

Question 10

Can I add services after I've booked?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up until the shoot. Adding video or a 3D tour changes how long we're on site, so the earlier you tell us the better.

Question 11

What is a virtual twilight?

Accepted Answer

A daytime exterior edited into a dusk scene with a warm interior glow and a deep blue sky. It gives you the highest-performing image in real estate marketing without waiting on a 20-minute window of real twilight light.

Question 12

Do you shoot commercial property and land?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From residential to commercial properties, we use professional equipment and advanced editing to make the listing stand out on MLS. Land listings are mostly an aerial product — boundaries, access and what the parcel actually looks like from above.

Question 13

Do I need to be at the property?

Accepted Answer

No. Most agents send a lockbox or gate code and we handle it. If the home is occupied we coordinate directly with the seller so nobody is guessing about timing.

Question 14

How should the home be prepared?

Accepted Answer

Lights on, blinds open, cars off the driveway, counters and bathroom surfaces cleared, bins hidden, toilet lids down, pet items put away. Our home prep checklist covers the rest and is written to be forwarded straight to your seller.

Question 15

How long does a shoot take?

Accepted Answer

Most photo-only shoots take 20 to 30 minutes depending on size. Adding video or a Matterport scan adds roughly another 20 to 30 minutes.

Question 16

What if the home isn't ready when you arrive?

Accepted Answer

We'll tell you rather than shoot around it. A quick text with a photo usually solves it, and we'd always rather spend ten minutes fixing a room than deliver a frame you can't use.

Question 17

Can you fly a drone at my listing?

Accepted Answer

All flights are FAA-approved. Some properties sit inside restricted no-fly zones — usually near an airport — where we cannot legally fly. Send the address and we'll check before you book.

Question 18

Do you shoot in snow?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and fresh snow with a lit interior is one of the strongest exterior looks available in Utah. Just have the drive and walkways cleared before we arrive.

Question 19

When do I get my media?

Accepted Answer

Within 24 hours of the shoot. Photos, aerials, the floor plan and your branded property website arrive together in one link, ready to upload to UtahRealEstate.com.

Question 20

Can I get it back faster than 24 hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Priority delivery puts the photo set in your hands 8 hours after the shoot for a flat $50, so a listing photographed in the morning can be live that evening. Tick it when you book — it's the same $50 on every package, quoted up front. Video and 3D tours follow on the normal schedule.

Question 21

What file sizes do I get?

Accepted Answer

Every gallery includes MLS-sized files for UtahRealEstate.com and full-resolution originals for print, your website and social.

Question 22

Can I ask for edits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us which frames and what you'd like changed. Reasonable revision requests are part of the job.

Question 23

Who owns the photos?

Accepted Answer

Peaktures retains the copyright and licenses the media to you for marketing that listing and your own brand — MLS, Zillow, social, print and your website. Brokerages and third parties need their own license; ask if you need a broader one.

Question 24

How and when do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You'll be invoiced through the booking portal. Payment is due at delivery and your gallery unlocks the moment it's paid.

Question 25

Do you charge a travel fee?

Accepted Answer

Coverage and travel thresholds are listed on the service area page. Send the address with your booking and we'll confirm any travel cost before the shoot rather than after.
